I first tried Real Fruit Ice Cream in a small surf town called Kaikoura on the south island of New Zealand. I had heard how good it was before, but wasn’t sure I would like it since I had never been much of an ice cream guy, (unless you added a brownie.) From my first taste, I was hooked. It was so much lighter than regular ice cream and the fruit added a natural kick that I loved! I want to share that experience I had eating it for the first time with my own home state of Utah.
